This project was located in a high rise building in Houston, TX. This project was completed in coordination with Ziegler Cooper Architects in Houston TX.
The space wasn’t “raw” when we started, but it was large open, undefined, and chalked full of potential. The kitchen/break-room space was completely outdated, and the finishes were worn and old. The great thing about this space is we had the chance to design our own layout to best suit the needs of the client.

The remodel took about 150 days, but the finished results were gorgeous!
Working closely with the client to meet their needs for business flow, this space was designed with all exterior offices, a reception area and glass receptionist space, 2 large conference rooms, and updated and open kitchen/break room, and IT room, open workspace with storage, and a central strategy area for the staff. The large reception wall was covered with a rich dark chocolate wall covering that lent shine and richness to the reception area. We installed a gorgeous limestone tile entry way that ran throughout the reception area. Floor to ceiling glass sliding door system and glass panel wall fronts, kept this office feeling open and modern. The kitchen was updated with all new charcoal grey cabinetry, stone mosaic tile back splash, updated stainless steel appliances, a wifi bar counter, and modern pendant lighting. Overall this space is really functional, and looks fresh and contemporary.
